"Found my size, but felt brushed off"
They did have my size in stock, so that part was easy enough. But when I had a quick question, I kind of felt like I was being brushed off instead of actually helped.

"Got my order way quicker than most places"
I ordered from islandersoutfitter.com and was surprised at how fast it showed up. I’ve had plenty of online orders from other stores take forever, so I figured this one might be the same, but it was at my door in just a few days. The tracking was simple to follow, the package arrived in good shape, and overall it was a smoother experience than what I’m used to from a lot of other shops.

"Legit island vibe, right away"
I ordered a shirt from Islanders Outfitter and my first reaction was basically, yeah, this feels like the real deal. It didn’t give me that cheap dropship vibe at all. The quality was solid, and the look matched what they show online. Quick judgment: I’d definitely buy from them again

"I ordered my usual size, but..."
I ordered my usual size, but for some reason the shirt felt a little tight around my shoulders. The material seems fine and shipping was totally okay, so I’m not sure if the sizing runs small or if I just misjudged what would fit me. I do wish it felt a bit more true to size. If I buy another one, I’ll probably size up just to be safe

"It’s okay, but not the most durable"
The material felt good when I first got it, but after wearing it a few times I started noticing some loose threads and a bit of fading. It’s not awful and I can still use it, but I did expect it to hold up a little better for the price. Overall, it’s fine, just not something I’d call super durable.

At first, this felt comfortable and the fit was mostly fine. But after wearing it for a few hours, it started feeling tight in a couple of spots, which was kind of disappointing. I’m not saying it’s bad, but it does feel like the comfort was a little oversold. It’s okay for casual wear, just not as soft or easy to wear as I was hoping.

To be fair, my order from Islanders Outfitter went exactly how it should. The sizes and colors were all the ones I picked, and nothing was missing or mixed up. It was a smooth, easy experience, so I’m happy with it.

"I’ve been trying to be a little..."
I’ve been trying to be a little more careful about what I spend lately, so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing going in. The whole thing was easy enough, nothing really stood out in a bad way, and I didn’t run into any issues. After using it for a bit, I’d say the prices are actually good for what you get. Worth the money, honestly

I liked browsing the site. The clothes have that cooool, laid-back island vibe that feels easy to wear. A few pages were a little busy to look through, but overall it was a really nice experience.

"Quick help with my order"
I had a little issue with my order and sent a message to Islanders Outfitter, I wasn’t expecting them to reply that fast. They got back to me quickly and helped sort it out without making the whole thing a hassle. It was nice dealing with a shop that actually answers and keeps things simple, I’d definitely order from them again.

I had to exchange for a different size, it was way easier than I expected. They handled it quickly and didn’t make it awkward or stressful, which I really appreciated. To me, that kind of service makes a big difference.

"Looks nice, but I expected more"
The shirt looked good when I first got it, and I did like the style. But after wearing it a few times, the stitching started to feel kind of cheap, which was disappointing. I also felt a bit ignored when I reached out about it, so that didn’t help. It’s not a terrible shirt, I just expected better overall

"Good order, wish the box held up better"
My order from islandersoutfitter.com showed up quickly, which I appreciated. I do kind of wish the packaging had been sturdier though, because the box had a few dents and one corner was crushed when it arrived, so I was a little nervous opening it.
Luckily, everything inside was totally fine and folded neatly with no damage. I’m still happy with the order overall, but I’d feel better if they used a stronger mailer next time. I hate to take off a star, but the packaging is the only reason I’m not giving it five.
